The whole gaming community is already hyped up for one of the most highly anticipated games to come in the next few years with the next installment of the Rockstar Games' staple, Grand Theft Auto 6. The world stopped for a while when the reveal trailer of GTA 6 was released and it broke global records when it came out which shows how much the fans are eager for the game. The eagle-eyed fans scoured every detail that the trailer has to offer and despite being out for a month already, a new information was spotted from the trailer as regards a transportation option that many may have missed.
The Grand Theft Auto will never be complete without cars as it is one of the main features of the game because it heavily involves driving around the city to complete missions or evade the police. Over the years, different kinds of cars appeared in the game which are inspired by real-life car models and sometimes, NPCs ride these, too. An eagle-eyed fan on Reddit noticed that there is a new form of transportation which was tucked within the GTA 6 trailer. See the post below:
Reddit user III_Employer_1665 noted that he noticed in the 0:20 mark of the GTA 6 trailer that there is a bus stop sign. While not confirmed yet by Rockstar Games, this could mean that the players could have a transportation option of using a bus network in the game. In the past, this idea was reportedly pitched in GTA 4 but was later scrapped before the game was launched.
What details are confirmed for GTA 6?
Even before Rockstar Games confirmed that GTA 6 would be out and way before the reveal trailer dropped, leaked information about GTA 6 were already swirling around the gaming community. Still, there is nothing better than the confirmation of information straight from the makers of the game. Jason and Lucia are the main characters of the game as seen on the trailer and Lucia is the first Latina female protagonist in the game series.
GTA 6 will be located in the fictionalized state of Florida which will be called as Leonida as confirmed by the press release of Take-Two Interactive, and because of this, Vice City will be making a return in the game franchise two decades after the place was first introduced. The launch of GTA 6 has no exact date yet but it was mentioned that it will be out on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S platforms but since there is no mention of a PC launch, it means that it would not be out yet for PC.
GTA 6 is slated to launch in 2025.
