The galaxy far, far away has expanded through generations with cast members that have been in the franchise for almost half a century and it continues to grow with new blood coming in through the new releases of the franchise. One recent addition to the growing cast of Star Wars is Ariana Greenblatt who plays the young version of Ahsoka Tano in Ahsoka. As what any fan would do, the actress got star-struck when she saw The Mandalorian's Pedro Pascal at the Golden Globes.
Ariana Greenblatt recently joined the Star Wars franchise as the younger version of Rosario Dawson's Ahsoka Tano in Ahsoka. While the young actress did not cross paths with The Mandalorian's Pedro Pascal since her role is the younger adaptation of Ahsoka, her admiration to The Mandalorian actor was apparent when she saw him at the Golden Globes last January 8, 2024. In clip shared by ireoispunk on X (formerly Twitter), Greenblatt is seen with a tiny microphone at the Golden Globes and when she spotted Pedro Pascal, she got star-struck saying, "Oh my God, Pedro Pascal! I love him! Oh my God!" See the clip below:
The reaction of Greenblatt shows how much of a fan she is towards another Star Wars actor and it was perfect for the moment. Unfortunately, Greenblatt's Star Wars role will never cross paths with that of Pedro Pascal's The Mandalorian as her place in the timeline does not match with the latter's.
Can Din Djarin and Ahsoka Tano meet again in Star Wars?
Din Djarin and Ahsoka Tano met for the first time in The Mandalorian Season 2 when the latter was seeking information about Morgan Elsbeth whom she later faced in Ahsoka. The first meeting of the two were on two different ends with Din Djarin being on the side of Elsbeth and while he did not have any intentions of killing Ahsoka, he tracked her down to know her whereabouts. Upon meeting, Ahsoka got intrigued by the Child who was introduced as Grogu. The two ended up being on the same side after Din Djarin offered to help defeat Elsbeth.
Given the current narrative, it is unlikely that a reunion between Din Djarin and Ahsoka would happen anytime soon but it is possible to happen in the upcoming Dave Filoni "Mandoverse" movie. In The Mandalorian Season 3 finale, Din Djarin is currently being a father to his newly adopted son, now Din Grogu, and their small family is now at the outskirts of Nevarro taking jobs to help protect the Outer Rim plus Din Grogu can now levitate all the frogs that he could levitate. Meanwhile, Ahsoka Season 1 finale revealed that Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren are stranded in Peridea in another galaxy.
All the episodes of The Mandalorian Seasons 1 to 3 and Ahsoka are available to stream on Disney Plus.
