Following the end of the actors' strike in Hollywood, a ton of production updates rushed in for different titles. For the upcoming movie reboot of Marvel's first family, the latest talk of the town who could suit up as Reed Richards is rumored to be none other than Pedro Pascal.
Yes, it is Pedro Pascal, the same guy who plays Din Djarin in The Mandalorian and should this casting rumor be true, then, the Fantastic Four movie may be the point where Pascal would jump ship from one mega franchise to another under Disney's big umbrella. This rumor came from online scooper DanielRPK that Pedro Pascal has been offered the role of Reed Richards/ Mister Fantastic by Marvel Studios and that Pascal is "reportedly close to signing." Should this rumor turn out to be true, Marvel Studios will surely make the official announcement immediately.
This rumor has not been confirmed yet by either Marvel Studios nor Pedro Pascal. The actor is best known for his role in Game of Thrones, The Mandalorian, Wonder Woman 1984, and The Last of Us. To have an actor of such caliber to bring Reed Richards to life would surely be something to look out for.
