Monday Night Football just got more exciting as the final trailer of The Marvels dropped during the event. One last sneak peek before the movie arrives in theaters this weekend, the Multiverse Saga continues in the MCU and this time, there's no holding back with Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau teaming up against a multiversal villain who claims that no power can equal hers. A reality-bending adventure is ahead all of us as the upcoming Marvel flick teases a connection to the Avengers: Secret Wars.

The final trailer of The Marvels arrived just in time before the premiere of the movie this weekend and it hypes up a whole new adventure with Brie Larson reprising her role as Captain Marvel and she teams up with Iman Vellani who plays her biggest fan, Kamala Khan a.k.a. Ms. Marvel, and Teyonah Parris who portrays her best friend's daughter-now-hero, Monica Rambeau a.k.a. Photon, plus the help of the legendary Nick Fury played by Samuel L. Jackson. The story of all three women weaves into one as they face Zawe Ashton's gender-bent villain, Dar-Benn. Check out the final trailer below:

The trailer begins with flashbacks of the main Avengers and how one moment changed their future and cemented their legacy. It shifts into Dar-Benn claiming that the beginning has arrived and another incursion is seen in the MCU as Dar-Benn opens a hole into this universe from another and brings in her multiversal army, seemingly bringing wrath upon the current universe and this connects The Marvels with Avengers: Secret Wars which will deal with the creation of Battleworld. Nick Fury also pleads Captain Marvel for one last fight which hints that she may have already opted to retire already, and oh, there's Valkyrie, too!

What to expect in The Marvels?

The Marvels is directed by Nia DaCosta who revealed to Digital Spy that the movie will only have 105 minutes, setting the record of being the shortest MCU movie ever, saying "I really wanted it to be under two hours." With only an hour and 45 minutes on the clock, The Marvels is expected to connect the stories of Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau, and how their abilities could bring down the gender-bent villain, Dar-Benn, who claims that her powers cannot be matched. Helping them, of course, is an old friend of Captain Marvel, Nick Fury, and mind you, guys, this is the real one and and it is expected to have happened after Secret Invasion.

One of the most awaited debuts in the MCU is that of Park Seo-joon who is suiting up as Prince Yan. The South Korean actor revealed, through Marvel Korea Instagram page, "To be appearing in a Marvel movie, it's so interesting to me. Everything has been amazing." The Marvels cast also include Gary Lewis, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, and Saagar Shaikh.
