Their kids, Na-eun’s Byun Mi-rae and Min-ho’s Nam Tae-pyung, see their mom struggling to raise them alone, resulting in having a grudge against their father.

However, as they’re grown up and Moo-jin returns, their lives are thrown into chaos after they learn their father now owns the building where they live and wishes to reunite with their mom. Though Tae-pyung loves the idea of seeing their family reunite, Mi-rae strongly opposes this.
