A new teaser trailer and promotional visual for Tenkaichi: The Greatest Warrior Under the Rising Sun have arrived alongside confirmation of an April 2027 premiere. The materials also introduce the main cast, with Gen Sato voicing Musashi Miyamoto, Kenichiro Matsuda as Tadakatsu Honda, and Kenyu Horiuchi portraying Nobunaga Oda.
The teaser trailer introduces the alternate-history setting through Oda Nobunaga’s declaration that he will hand control of Japan to the person who presents the strongest warrior. It showcases intense sequences featuring legendary fighters, including early looks at Musashi Miyamoto and Tadakatsu Honda as they prepare for combat alongside other skilled martial artists.
The new visual centers on the tournament’s opening matchup by depicting Musashi Miyamoto locked in battle with Tadakatsu Honda. Standing behind the clashing pair is Nobunaga Oda, the ruler who organized the competition to decide his successor.
