When the Marvel Cinematic Universe opened its doors to Disney Plus shows, the franchise has been quite selective on which gets to have a second season. So far, there are only two series who got another installment with Loki and What If, all others remained with only one season. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law introduced the cousin of Bruce Banner, Jennifer Walters, who became She-Hulk in the series and the actress that brought her to life, Tatiana Maslany, drops a disappointing update on She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Season 2 as she says that it is unlikely to happen.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law made its way to Disney Plus in 2022 with Tatiana Maslany as the titular lawyer and cousin of Bruce Banner who got involved in an accident with Hulk and later, Jennifer Walters became She-Hulk. The character easily became a fan-favorite as she is unlike any other in the MCU for breaking the fourth wall multiple times in the series. However, having a She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Season 2 may be unlikely as shared by Tatiana Maslany in a recent appearance on NerdIncorrect's Twitch livestream where she said, "I don't think so. I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like 'no thanks.'"
This, however, should be taken as a grain of salt as it is a common practice in the industry to wait for the confirmation of the makers of the title first to be sure of the news. Tatiana Maslany previously denied being cast as She-Hulk immediately after the news about her suiting up for the role came out.

As of the time of writing, Marvel Studios has not confirmed She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Season 2 to be under development. Marvel Studios has been keen on which shows would have a second season and only Loki and What If were given the honor because Loki introduces variants of the next big bad of the franchise and involves the multiverse quite deeply, and What If is quite flexible when it comes to the stories that the series would tell that it even secured a third season. All other Marvel shows on Disney Plus had not been renewed for a second season.
That being said, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Season 2 remains in murky waters without the green light from Marvel Studios. She-Hulk showrunner Jessica Gao revealed to Phase Zero podcast after Season 1 that there were no talks from Marvel Studios as regards Season 2 of the series. As per the return of Tatiana Maslany as She-Hulk, the actress has not opened up on whether she will reprise her role but given the track record of the MCU, roles are not usually recast unless the matter became too grave or serious.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Season 1 episodes are available to stream on Disney Plus.
