Pony Canyon has released the creditless version of the opening video of Mecha-Ude: Mechanical Arms anime, which is scheduled to premiere on Crunchyroll on October 3. The opening theme song VORTEX was performed by Setsuko of Kuhaku Gokko, while Hiroyuki Sawano produced it. They also collaborated on the anime's ending theme song, karma, which features lyrics by SennaRin. The opening video highlights protagonist Hikaru's thrilling adventures and action-packed scenes. Studio TriF produced the animation for Mecha-Ude: Mechanical Arms anime, with original creator Sae Okamoto directing the anime and Yasuhiro Naknishi writing the series composition. Terumi Nishii and Yoko Uchida worked on the character designs, Nurikabe on Mecha-Ude designs and concept art, and KOHTA YAMAMOTO, DAIKI(AWSM.) and Hiroyuki Sawano on the anime's music. The opening song Ambivalent is performed by Eve, while the ending theme Alone is performed by AZLiGHTZ.

What is Mecha-Ude: Mechanical Arms about?
Mecha-Ude is an original anime project created by Sae Okamoto, a member of the TriF Studio. She is known for directing the 2018 short film with TriF, after a crowdfunding campaign which received nearly $67,000 in less than a couple of months in 2016. A Japanese Campfire crowdfunding campaign raised about US$44,000 (4,849,500 yen) toward an initial goal of US$18,700 (2 million yen) before ending in March 2018.
