Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, the second part of Boruto series by Masashi Kishimoto and Mikio Ikemoto, finally released its first chapter, following the end of the final chapter of Boruto: Next Generations, which showed Boruto Uzumaki declaring that he would leave the Hidden Leaf Village in order to train to be powerful enough to put an end to the fight against Code and Kawaki.

The first chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex was released with the latest issue of Shueisha's V-Jump magazine, and it revealed how the Hidden Leaf Village and its ninjas have changed since the end of the first part. It's been a while since we saw Boruto get accused of killing his father, Naruto (who was now believed to be the father of Kawaki because of Ada's memory-altering power). The new series begins with a look at Sarada's timeskip design, and she looks pretty stunning.

As you can see, Sarada is all grown-up, looking pretty mature for a teen. Her new outfit resembles the Akatsuki cloak of her late uncle, Itachi, and her new hairstyle looks fine.

What happened in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 1?

Set three years after the events of final chapter of the previous series, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 1 begins with Sarada confronting Shikimaru Nara, who's revealed to be the eighth Hokage of Konohagakure after Kawaki secretly trapped Naruto and Hinata in another dimension three years ago. Sarada tries to convince Shikimaru that Boruto is not guilty of killing Naruto, but the Lord Eighth doesn't believe her.

We also see Kawaki in the alternate dimension where Naruto and Hinata are asleep. Then we see Sarada and Sumire, who are unaffected by Ada charms and memory-altering ability, talk about Boruto and how the Hidden Leaf Village sees him as an ungrateful traitor. The two of them have a talk with Ada and Daemon, and Sarada asks if there's a way to reverse how Ada changed everyone's memories. Ada says that she finds it mystifying that Sarada and Sumire managed to retain their memories since they're neither Otsutsuki nor family members.

There's also a scene with Kawaki and MItsuki talking about Boruto, and Mitsuki tells him that he wants to protect him from Boruto, but Kawaki tells him to quit following him because he finds it annoying. Then we see Boruto's sister Himawari, training with Chocho, and Himawari tells her friends that she wants to help Boruto, and that she has a feeling that her father is still alive somewhere.

Then we see Kawaki and other ninjas trying to find and remove all of the claw marks that Code left, but it turns out that there's one claw mark placed in the back of one of Konoha's troops. One of the Ten-Tails humanoid creatures known as "Claw Grimes" emerges from the Claw Mark and attacks Konoha police, and Kawaki fights it off. Sarada kicks a Claw Grime but more of them emerge out of the Claw Marks, and Code also appears.

Code tells Sarada that he's looking for Boruto, and says that he decided to stop looking, and says that he's hoping that Boruto's former friends would summon him. Boruto suddenly appears, surprising Code with a stomp on his face. Shikimaru then orders the fighters of Konoha to focus on fighting the Claw Grimes but to keep an eye on Boruto's movements. Kawaki tells Boruto that he's finally shown himself, and the chapter concludes with Boruto, Kawaki and Code facing each other.
