Ahsoka Episode 8, titled, The Jedi, The Witch, and The Warlord shocked everyone with a powerful finale. It was revealed that Mother Talzin's sword by the Great Mothers was given to Morgan Elsbeth and to counter that, Ezra Brigder made a new lightsaber with the parts of it coming from his master Kanan Jarrus. Meanwhile, Ahsoka, Wren, and Bridger were on their way to the Chimaera after their ship was taken down, and they were in danger walking on foot. Elsbeth and the Night Troopers caught up with them where they faced the Great Mothers who resurrected each time after being killed.

In a standoff, Ahsoka managed to kill Elsbeth while Wren used the Force to boost Bridger to the Chimaera, which has the Eye of Sion, and it jumped into hyperspace with only him. Left behind and stranded on Peridea were Ahsoka, Wren, and Huyang. Bridger escaped and reunited with Hera and Chopper while the rest on Peridea joined the Noti which was under the guidance of the spirit of Anakin Skywalker. It ended with Hati with the bandits and Skoll guided by a statue of the Mortis Gods to a mountain.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead debuted in Ahsoka as Hera Syndulla who, later, became a New Republic General, and went through various adventures in the galaxy far, far away. At the latter part of Ahsoka, Hera Syndulla faced challenges on her way including appearing before a New Republic hearing to expose the threat that Thrawn and the Imperial Remnants pose on them, defending her mission versus Morgan Elsbeth, and finally, reuniting with Ezra Bridger in the finale of Ahsoka whom she will, most likely, work with in bringing the opposition of the New Republic against the threats of Thrawn and the Imperial Remnants.
