Tthe third promotional video has been released, running approximately 90 seconds and highlighting pivotal moments from the This World arc's final stage. The trailer previews intense battles against the Nokkers, an unexpected proposal from the mysterious boy Satoru, and Fushi's critical choice about the future, blending action, emotion, and philosophical undertones
Alongside the trailer, a new key visual has been shared, featuring Mizuha in an elegant dress embracing Fushi, set against a ethereal backdrop of flowers and rose petals.
To Your Eternity Season 3 began airing on October 4, 2025, on NHK General TV in Japan, with episodes released weekly. The season is planned for a total of 22 episodes, continuing the manga adaptation by Yoshitoki Ōima. However, the broadcast will pause after episode 16, which airs on January 31, 2026. A three-week hiatus will follow due to coverage of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, with the series resuming on February 28, 2026, starting with episode 17.
The production team includes returning and new personnel. Kiyoko Sayama acts as chief director, while Sōta Yokote directs at Studio Drive and STUDIO MASSKET. Shinzō Fujita handles series composition, Koji Yabuno is responsible for character designs, Ryo Kawasaki composes the score, and Takeshi Takadera directs sound.

In the beginning, an 'orb' is cast unto Earth. 'It' can do two things: change into the form of the thing that stimulates 'it'; and come back to life after death. 'It' morphs from orb to rock, then to wolf, and finally to boy, but roams about like a newborn who knows nothing. As a boy, 'it' becomes Fushi. Through encounters with human kindness, Fushi not only gains survival skills, but grows as a 'person'. But his journey is darkened by the inexplicable and destructive enemy Nokker, as well as cruel partings with the people he loves.
