TOHO animation has released a new web-limited teaser trailer for Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 Episode 6, once again narrated by Tomokazu Sugita as the previous-life version of Rudeus, that focuses on an unexpected reunion during a royal escort mission. The official website has simultaneously posted a fresh set of stills capturing key moments from the assignment and the sudden reappearance of a familiar face from Rudeus’ past.
Last week’s episode followed Cliff Grimoire and Elinalise Dragonroad through their long-awaited wedding ceremony at the Holy Millis Church, with Rudeus and their circle present to offer blessings. In the middle of the celebration Rudeus realized he had never properly marked the tenth birthdays of Norn and Aisha, leading him to shop for gifts with Sylphiette and Roxy before staging a surprise party at home. Episode 6 premieres on August 2 and continues directly from that domestic foundation.
The new stills highlight Roxy’s assignment to protect the Princess of Ranoa and the party that joins the escort. Among the members of Amazoness Ace stands Sara, the former Counter Arrow adventurer who once traveled with Rudeus years earlier.

The episode is titled Another Domestic Disaster. Rudeus chooses to accompany Roxy on the princess guard duty, only to find himself face-to-face with Sara once more. The two exchange words after the surprise encounter, reopening threads from their earlier time together as adventurers.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is adapted from the light novel series written by Rifujin na Magonote with illustrations by Shirotaka. Season 3 continues adapting the Rudeus of University arc, focusing on Rudeus’ life in Sharia after settling down with his family and attending the Ranoa Magic Academy.
Episode 6 specifically draws from material in Volume 13 of the light novels. It revisits Sara, a character who first appeared during Rudeus’ earlier travels in the northern regions and was part of the Counter Arrow adventurer group. This portion of the story explores their reunion while Rudeus and Roxy handle the royal escort mission alongside Sara’s current party.
The narrative builds on Rudeus’ established life in the university city while introducing complications from his past connections. Studio Bind continues handling animation production for the series under the established staff.
