Naoto Taniuchi also contributes to series composition, while Sanae Shimada and Ryota Furukawa handle character designs. Yoshiaki Fujisawa returns to compose the music, maintaining the production continuity established in prior seasons.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation originated as a light novel series by Rifujin na Magonote with illustrations by Shirotaka. The story centers on a disillusioned 34-year-old who is reborn as Rudeus Greyrat after a fatal accident, retaining full memories of his former life as he grows up in a world of magic, swords, and political intrigue. From early childhood he studies advanced spells, forms lasting bonds, and steadily rebuilds the purpose he lacked before.
The Chaos Breaker Arc centers on Rudeus’s journey toward the floating fortress known as Chaos Breaker, home of the Armored Dragon King Perugius Dola. Along the way he crosses paths with the immortal demon Atoferatofe Rybak and encounters Sylvaril of the Void, one of Perugius’s key servants. The arc expands the story’s scale by bringing these longstanding powers into direct contact with Rudeus while continuing to focus on his personal growth and the relationships he has built.
