Almost two months after Rockstar Games dropped the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, an X user has claimed that the second trailer will launch in March 2024. The user who goes by Agent (@Agent0154 on X) cited their sources for the leak and also posted an image claiming it to be from the next trailer. With GTA 6 scheduled to launch for the latest generation of consoles in 2025, gamers are expecting for the second trailer this year, but Rockstar hasn't revealed when we can expect the upcoming reveal.

Leaker claims GTA 6 Trailer 2 will come out on March 7
On January 29, 2024, the leaker took it to Twitter to share a thread where they claimed that the second trailer for the highly-anticipated GTA 6 will be released on March 7. However, the X user did not specify which year. It could be March 7, 2024 or March 7, 2025 (considering that GTA 6 will launch sometime in 2025).
Agent also shared an image, claiming it to be a leaked screenshot from the second trailer of GTA 6:
The leaker mention two other X users, @s1nick and @JasonfromGTAVI , as their source for the leak, but many members of the gaming community didn't think it was legit, saying that the information they shared is fake. One user named Vincent O'Connor commented on the tweet, saying that the image is from Sleeping Dogs, another open-world game like the GTA games.
There are also other users who denied Agent's claim, with some saying that the image is A.I. generated and simply just misinformation. It's also worth noting that the leaker doesn't really have a solid track record of leaking information accurately, so it's unclear how the tweet became viral in the first place.
Rockstar Games usually takes long gaps between trailer reveals, so the same is expected for GTA 6. Expecting a trailer a few months from now is a bold claim since we still have a year until the game launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
