A sharp-eyed GTA 6 fan recently caught a glimpse of a flying bat in the game’s recently released first trailer. The animal appears just once, and the viewer shared this discovery online after seeing it in the footage. The bat sighting is only one of the various details that fans have found in the GTA 6 trailer ever since its release.
Following the trailer’s release, fans continued diving deeper into the trailer in case they missed any detail and ended up finding multiple things. Everything from possibly revealing a second international location to featuring children to possibly featuring a GTA Vice City character, the GTA 6 trailer is full of hidden gameplay features. However, a week after the trailer’s launch, an eagle-eyed user highlighted a small detail online that might have been overlooked.
User Federico1459 shared his discovery on Reddit of a bat flying across a body of water in Vice City. In the post, the bat can be seen highlighted by a green circle, with the user noting that at 0:31 of the trailer, fans can catch a glimpse of the bat on the extreme left side of the screen when the trailer features a part of Vice City.
In addition to this, because of the time of the day in the trailer, fans can barely see the bat without squinting their eyes and looking pretty closely. Federico1459's post received some comments in which fans applauded the user for discovering the detail. Through this post, many other GTA fans came up and shared their own discoveries and thoughts.
However, not a single fan has mentioned anything about discovering the bat. Many players have easily found other flying animals in the GTA 6 trailer, but a bat doesn’t seem to show up, except for Federico1459's discovery. It’s worth noting that a total of thirteen unique species of bats are present in Florida.
Following the inspection of the footage shared by the user, the bat in question is featured for less than a second before flying off the screen. It’s quite difficult to see what type of bat it might be, but it would make sense if Vice City did feature bats.
