Star Wars: Ahsoka featured the story of the titular character and the fifth episode showed as she fell into the place known as World Between Worlds. There she met her ex-mentor Anakin Skywalker, who told her she had one last lesson to learn. They both dueled it out, which resulted in her having a new-found purpose as she returned to the land of the living.

During their duel, we were shown flashbacks from her past, which gave users a live-action version of a part of the Clone Wars. In this flashback, the Barbie star, Ariana Greenblatt, played the younger version of Ahsoka, while Hayden Christensen played a younger Anakin Skywalker.

Fans Eager To See a Complete Live-Action Adaptation

Ever since this episode aired, fans have been eager to see a complete live-action movie or TV show adaptation of the Clone Wars animated series. And thanks to a recent fan-made poster, we have seen the great potential a series like this could hold.

An Instagram user called benny_productions has used their amazing talents to design a poster in Photoshop that looks like a live-action version of the Clone Wars series. This poster is absolutely stunning and showcases many of the important Clone Wars characters upfront while featuring a lot of tiny details in the back. You can see the Clone Wars fan poster below:

This poster looks really promising, but unfortunately, we know better that there is little to no chance that a live-action version of Clone Wars sees the light of day. We can't complain much though, since we got to see a fitting story with Star Wars: Ahsoka.

Is there a chance for a live-action Clone Wars?

Disney is aware of the positive feedback on the Clone Wars scene from Ahsoka Episode 5. But it is highly unlikely that they go through the major hassle and funds to create a complete adaptation of the series. It does require a lot of time and money to create a show, and there is always the chance that fans won't like it in the end.

Although he received some criticism on the show, Dave Filoni was able to create a live-action version of his life's work. While the whole idea isn't completely impossible, it is going to take a lot for Disney to go forward with his plan especially since Ahsoka just ended premiering. However, we do hope that someday Disney will consider creating this live-action dream into a reality.
