The release date of Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver was announced early on, even before the release of Part One. The fans of the title need not wait long for Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver as it will be coming out on April 14, 2024. This is the release date on Netflix and there is still no confirmation if the movie will be having a limited theatrical release like the first movie.

Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver, while it is the second movie, is, technically, not a sequel but a second part of the first story which means that majority of the cast members are returning for the upcoming film. It is also unlikely to have new characters introduced considered that it is just a continuation of the first movie but there remains a possibility of having a few. So far, the only possible difference is that Charlie Hunnam may not return as Kai after being killed by Gunnar in the first film but he could be back if there would be some flashback scenes.

The official synopsis of Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver is as follows:
REBEL MOON - PART TWO: THE SCARGIVER continues the epic saga of Kora and the surviving warriors as they prepare to sacrifice everything, fighting alongside the brave people of Veldt, to defend a once peaceful village, a newfound homeland for those who have lost their own in the fight against the Motherworld. On the eve of their battle the warriors must face the truths of their own pasts, each revealing why they fight. As the full force of the Realm bears down on the burgeoning rebellion, unbreakable bonds are forged, heroes emerge, and legends are made.
Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver is set to tell the second half of the story which will be having the big battle between the insurgency, headed by Kora, and the people of Balisarius. The second movie is expected to see Atticus Noble and Kora as they prepare their sides for the upcoming battle. The sexual tension between Kora and Gunnar is also teased to intensify with it brewing deeper. After the first movie showed Kora's recruitment plus the capabilities of the others revealed, the second movie will show how they would be using it in an actual battle and it is also expected to unveil what happens next when the battle ends.
One interesting part to look forward to in Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver is how her companions would react should they find out that Kora is actually the adopted daughter of Balisarius. The truth is that movie one is a set-up for movie two. The end is a crazy cliffhanger that launches you into The Scargiver . In Part One we spend a lot of time in the village, having this real relationship to the place and people. So that when we actually have to fight and die for them, we care about them.
Is there a trailer for Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver?
A few days after the premiere of Part One, Rebel Moon: Part Two - The Scargiver got its first teaser which reveals exciting things to expect once the second movie comes out. The trailer teases an intense battle about to happen on Veldt, the farmers of Veldt doing their part as they train alongside the warriors of the place, the return of Admiral Atticus Noble, a glimpse of what happened to the men of Titus, the brewing relationship between Kora and Gunnar where they share a kiss, an exploration of the past of Kora, and a possible additional character.
A second trailer is expected to release soon as the release of the second movie nears but as to when it would come out still remains a mystery. More information are expected to be revealed when the official trailer gets released by Netflix.
