Riot Games has officially launched a brand-new teaser trailer for the highly anticipated Season 2 of Arcane, which is set to come out in November 2024 on Netflix. League of Legends has continued to be a huge part of the gaming world for a long time now, with Netflix joining the action by releasing a series titled Arcane based on that game. The series has received many positive reviews from both critics and fans.
Arcane explores the relationship between two sisters and rivals called Vi and Jinx, as they somehow end up on opposite sides in the conflict between the utopian city of Piltover and the underground city of Zaun. However, the new trailer revealed by Netflix seems to be teasing a dark return of the series that is considered one of the best ones of 2021, so the upcoming season is surely going to be a nerve-racking one.
The one-minute trailer features the human-turned-werewolf called Warwick and the crazy chemist named Singed, who made Shimmer, a drug that’s the main component of the show’s story. Arcane Season 2 is set to bring more epic fantasy action that contributed to the success of the first season. Since it’s just a teaser trailer, it only offers a first glimpse and doesn’t reveal any major spoilers.
What to Expect in Arcane Season 2
Although Netflix is still keeping the story of the second season hidden from everyone, we still have a pretty good idea of how its story might turn out. The second season of the four Primetime Emmy Award-winning show will likely see the sisters Jinx and Vi address their long-standing issues and carry their story forward as they lead two opposite sides of a rising war.
Ekko also revealed the location of his hideout to Heimerdinger, who is now an ordinary citizen of Piltover, so we might see them take on a significant role in Season 2.
