Over the past few months, leaks have been all around surrounding Grand Theft Auto 6 and the game franchise itself as the hype lives on for the gaming community to scour for more details about the upcoming game. Recently, a treasure trove of details came out with the GTA 5 source code leaked to the public. Along with it comes the confirmation of the canceled story DLCs of GTA V and fans are enraged because of these cancelations, thus, GTA 6 fans are planning to snub GTA Online as a form of protest.
GTA 6 is yet to come out in two years time as unveiled in its reveal trailer and it already has a ton of fans hyping up the arrival of the game. Recently, an Insomniac leak came out with the GTA V source code which uncovered a ton of details including the canceled DLCs on contents about Bully 2, Liberty V, GTA Tokyo Agent, and more stories which are supposedly coming out for GTA V but was never given the light of day. What does GTA 6 bring to the game franchise?
GTA 6 cuts the drought of a decade of wait after the release of GTA V and the game is so highly anticipated that even before its release, the hype lives on for it. Despite the arrival of various leaks, GTA 6 remains to be as mysterious as it can be with Rockstar Games not confirming anything so far aside from the location of the game which is in Leonida which is the fictionalized state of Florida, Vice City (Miami) would be one of the main locations, and that the main protagonists of the game are Jason and Lucia. GTA 6 brings the freshest look and the most updated visuals for the game franchise as seen on the record breaking trailer reveal of the game.
Other than the visuals of GTA 6, the game is expected to be the most expansive in terms of the size of the map, and the most advanced in terms of the gameplay because the game improves in every installment.
GTA 6 is scheduled to release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2025.
