12 Confirmed Marvel Shows That Are Coming To Disney+

Marvel is simultaneously working on many movies and tv shows. This article is a list of the 12 confirmed Marvel shows that are coming to Disney+!

Marvel has been on a roll lately, pumping out new shows and movies to fulfill the Marvel needs of their fans. Although admittedly, not every release receives a good reaction from the community, like the last episode of the recent Secret Invasion show, which focused on the journey of Nick Fury against the Skrulls. However, fans still love the commitment and dedication that Marvel is giving its shows.

Here we have compiled all the shows that have been officially confirmed to be in production. So let’s get started with a list of the 12 confirmed Marvel shows that are coming to Disney+.

Loki Season 2

Loki’s next season has been a long-awaited one since the first season ended on such a major cliffhanger. Fans have many questions that they hope to get answered in the next season of this show, which will be released on October 6 on Disney+.

Loki season 2 will pick off right from the events of the first season, where Sylvie killed Kang The Conquerer and caused the multiverse to open. Loki also ended back at a version of the TVA which didn’t recognize him.

Echo

The Hawkeye Spinoff Echo will follow Alaqua Cox as she reprises her role as Maya Lopez, aka Echo. It will also feature the return of Vincent D'onofrio as Kingpin, who is the uncle of Maya Lopez. Actors Devery Jacobs, Graham Greene, Cody Lightning, and Chaske Spencer will also star in the show.

Echo will be the tenth TV series in the MCU and will show how Maya’s actions in New York at the end of Hawkeye follow her back to her hometown. The show will be available to watch on Disney+ on November 29, and unlike previous MCU shows, all episodes will be available to watch immediately.

Ironheart

Ironheart will show the return of Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, who first appeared in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. She is a genius inventor who builds the most impressive and capable suit in the MCU after Ironman.

The series was announced in December 2020 but does not have a release date yet. However, it is expected that it will come out some time in 2024. It will be available to stream on Disney+ when it releases.

Agatha: Coven of Chaos

Fans of the WandaVision TV series will remember Agatha Harkness as the next-door nosy neighbor who turned out to be a powerful witch. She was last seen at the end of WandaVision when Wanda put a spell on her that limited her to being a resident in Westview.

We will see Kathryn Hahn reprise her role as Agatha Harkness, as well as many other returning characters from WandaVision. This show is expected to release on Disney+ in 2024 as a part of Phase Five of the MCU.

Daredevil: Born Again

All Marvel fans are excited to see Daredevil appear in the upcoming series, Daredevil: Born Again. It will feature Charlie Cox, who will reprise his role as Daredevil, along with actors Vincent D'Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, and Sandrine Holt.

Daredevil: Born Again will have a staggering 18-episode-long run and will be released in some time early 2024. The show will be released on Disney+ and will be a part of Phase Five of the MCU.

X-Men ‘97

Marvel is developing a new animated X-Men series that will explore the 90s X-Men timeline and feature returning characters such as Wolverine, Professor X, Cyclops, etc. The series, which is described to be a revival, was announced in November 2021, along with other Marvel projects.

X-Men ‘97’s first season will be released in late 2023. Season two of this show is also confirmed to be in development.

Marvel Zombies

A Marvel What If… spinoff has been confirmed to be in development that takes a new approach to imagining the MCU. It takes inspiration from the What If... Zombies?! episode that showed everyone on the earth turn into zombies, including most Avengers.

Fans of this What If… episode will certainly enjoy the Marvel Zombies show when it comes out in 2024. This show will also be available to stream on Disney+.

Spider-Man: Freshman Year

Another one of Marvel’s upcoming animated projects is Spider-Man Freshman Year. It will follow Peter Parker’s early days in the MCU and show us how he came to be the Spider-Man we know.

This show will be the third animated series in the MCU and will be released as a part of Phase Five. It is scheduled to be released sometime in 2024.

Vision Quest

Marvel plans to continue the story of White Vision in this WandaVision spin-off as he attempts "to regain his memory and humanity". He was initially created as a weapon to kill Wanda but instead gained back memories of the original Vision.

It will feature Paul Bettany as Vision and will be released sometime in 2024. Vision Quest will be available to watch on Disney+ when it releases.

Untitled Wakanda Project

Disney is working on a new Black Panther spin-off TV series with Ryan Coogler. It is reported that this show will follow the story of Okoye, who is played by Danai Gurira. We don’t know much else about this show as of yet, including its name.

Wonder Man

Marvel revealed in June 2022 that they were developing a new Wonder Man series with Destin Daniel and Andrew Guest. The show will star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Star Williams, aka Wonder Man, along with actors Ben Kingsley, Demetrius Grosse, and Ed Harris.

What If… Season 2

A second season of Marvel’s What If… series is in the works. Just like the first season, each episode will take a look at a critical moment from the Marvel Cinematic Universe that played out differently in another timeline.

Marvel is working on a lot of ambitious projects and has confirmed these 12 tv shows so far, which is certainly a treat for fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We certainly hope Marvel can meet the community’s expectations with these shows and make them as good as some previous ones.
