Disney has long held its principle of being one, if not the most, family friendly franchises of all time. Since Marvel Studios is under the House of Mouse, the standards of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for its actors and actresses follows the same principles. Following the guilty verdict on Jonathan Majors on his assault charge, the Kang the Conqueror star was fired and the fans are already looking forward who gets to be his replacement.
Earlier this year, as reported by TMZ, just after the release of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Kang the Conqueror actor Jonathan Majors was faced with an assault, harassment, and strangulation charge filed by his alleged girlfriend. Deadline reported shortly after that the actor's talent management, Entertainment 360, dropped Majors from their agency. Months into the trial, a guilty verdict pressed Jonathan Majors to the brink and he was immediately fired by Disney and Marvel because of the result of the case.
Who do fans want to see play Kang in the MCU?
With the spot of Kang the Conqueror vacant, the fans are already betting on whoever gets the role should it be recast by Marvel Studios. Whosoever plays Kang the Conqueror next, if the recast would push through, would have big shoes to fill in as Majors already played at least six variants of the big bad of the Multiverse Saga in the MCU namely Kang the Conqueror, He Who Remains, Victor Timely, Immortus Kang, Pharaoh Rama-Tut and Scarlet Centurion. Also having an upcoming movie with his name, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, the removal of Majors gave the studio a huge punch on their guts and now, on X (formerly Twitter), the fans are casting new faces so that the plans for Kang would continue in the MCU:
@robisraelart suggested that Star Wars alumnus John Boyega would fit in as Kang the Conqueror.
Meanwhile, for @it'sJustinRitch, an option to take over the role of Kang is present with Damson Idris as the actor's replacement.
As for @angie_goodwood, she suggests an actor from The Rock's anti-hero film, Black Adam:

Aside from Aldis Hodge, @ThatDudeMCFLY cited that Colman Domingo could suit up as the next Kang the Conqueror.
If the replacement would happen, there is a huge chance that the case would be similar to what happened to James Rhodes which started having Terrence Howard and was later changed into Don Cheadle. From then on, Don Cheadle became tantamount to War Machine.
