In a few weeks, Virgin River Season 5 will finally be released. Dubbed one of Netflix’s best TV shows, the series debuted in 2019 and has become a fan favorite since. The streamer is already hyping up the new season’s release with preview stills and a first-part trailer, and here’s when you’re about to see it in your region.
The hit drama series is based on Robyn Carr’s novels of the same name, set in the small town of Virgin River in Northern California. But compared to the previous four seasons, Virgin River 5 will be divided into two parts, with the first part revealing 10 episodes and the second featuring two holiday-themed episodes. The show is also renewed for a sixth season, so there will be more stories to tell.
Aside from more romance and paternity drama, Virgin River Season 5 will see the town in danger with the massive wildfire, threatening to destroy the whole place. Of course, the issues about the rural drug kingpins and other small-town problems will still be at play.
