Netflix has released the official trailer for JTBC's upcoming romantic drama Still Shining, starring Park Jin-young and Kim Min-ju, giving viewers a glimpse into a heartfelt story of love, loss, and reunion. The series is scheduled to premiere globally on March 6.

The emotional trailer captures the duo’s connection during their younger years, highlighting tender moments of budding romance. It then shows their painful separation and the loneliness that follows each of them into adulthood. The footage builds toward their unexpected reconnection a decade later, teasing the lingering emotions and new possibilities that arise when past and present collide.

Shining centers on a romance between a lonely train conductor, Yeon Tae-seo (played by Park Jin-young), and a warm-hearted hotelier, Mo Eun-ah (played by Kim Min-ju). The two fall deeply in love as teenagers, forming a strong bond that becomes a guiding light through the challenges of their lives. Even after years apart, that connection continues to shape who they are and how they navigate the world.

Directed by Kim Youn-jin, known for the popular series Our Beloved Summer, and written by Lee Sook-yeon, the drama blends romance and melodrama with themes of healing and rediscovery. Park Jin-young brings quiet depth to the reserved yet profoundly feeling Yeon Tae-seo, while Kim Min-ju infuses Mo Eun-ah with vibrancy and emotional nuance in her first major leading role. The supporting cast includes Shin Jae-ha, Park Se-hyun, and Sung Yu-been, who help flesh out the story’s exploration of friendship, regret, and the enduring impact of first love.

Shortly after the trailer dropped, Netflix Korea unveiled a new promotional poster in both Korean and English versions. The eye-catching image features Park Jin-young and Kim Min-ju seated together inside a sunlit train carriage. Park Jin-young, in a denim jacket, gazes softly toward Kim Min-ju, who wears a white collared shirt under a pale yellow knit vest and returns the look with gentle warmth. Golden sunlight floods the scene through the window, casting a warm glow and lens flare across the pair, while scenic mountains and a distant cityscape unfold in the background.
