Netflix has recently released a new trailer for its much-awaited live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender. But aside from showing Aang mastering the four elements of earth, water, air, and fire to battle the Fire Nation and save the world, the preview also gives a glimpse of the nation’s leader, Fire Lord Ozai, in his full, sexy glory. Of course, fans quickly noticed the supreme leader’s shirtless shot, resulting in a number of thirst tweets, to which the series’ star himself, Daniel Dae Kim, responded.

Netflix has released Dae Kim’s reaction video reading the thirst tweets about his perfect physique, character, and undeniably exquisite jawline in Avatar: The Last Airbender. One fan can’t help but call him “zaddy,” which means a sexually attractive man. Though he just laughs about it, he’s evidently flattered by the honor. Another said that he might be the most “distilled instance of a gigachad in all of humanity.” (Gigachad is a slang word that describes someone extremely physically attractive and muscular.)

The 55-year-old just giggles and claims he would settle for a “chad,” a stereotypical alpha male, though being called a “gigachad” is a real honor for him. A different fan seems torn between siding with Fire Nation and Avatar, considering Dae Kim is the Fire Lord. And as the Fire Lord himself, the actor fully understands.

In addition, Twitter user Anna reveals she’s interested in unhinging her jaw and consuming Dae Kim’s. “Being eaten alive isn’t my idea of a great time, but thank you. I appreciate it,” he explains. Another asks what elder god Dae Kim pledged his soul to have a “geometry-defying jaw line.” But if the Hawaii Five-0 star has someone to thank, he says it’s his mom and dad. “They’re the ones that gave me whatever I have to work with, both good and bad,” he continues.

What is Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender about?

Avatar: The Last Airbender follows the story of Aang, famously known as the Avatar and the last living Airbender. As the only person who can bend all four elements and serve as the bridge between the mortal and spirit worlds, he’s the only one who can bring peace and maintain the world’s balance. That said, he's tasked to stop the Fire Nation from conquering the world with the help of his friends, Sokka and Katara.

You can read the synopsis below:

Water. Earth. Fire. Air. The four nations once lived in harmony, with the Avatar, master of all four elements, keeping peace between them. But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked and wiped out the Air Nomads, the first step taken by the Firebenders toward conquering the world. With the current incarnation of the Avatar yet to emerge, the world has lost hope. But like a light in the darkness, hope springs forth when Aang, a young Air Nomad — and the last of his kind — reawakens to take his rightful place as the next Avatar. Alongside his newfound friends Sokka and Katara, siblings and members of the Southern Water Tribe, Aang embarks on a fantastical, action-packed quest to save the world and fight back against the fearsome onslaught of Fire Lord Ozai. But with a driven Crown Prince Zuko determined to capture them, it won’t be an easy task. They’ll need the help of the many allies and colorful characters they meet along the way.
