It’s officially the start of a new year, and it looks like 2024 might have huge plans when it comes to the world of anime. From brand-new movies to returning shows, the industry has plenty of entertainment coming up. As you might have expected, Netflix will also launch some of these 2024 titles since the platform has greatly invested in anime. Some time ago, the service gave fans an idea of how 2023 was for anime titles, with the report revealing the series that were the top performers on Netflix.

Netflix directly gave the update since the site also releases regular rating information now. By the end of 2023, Netflix broke down the top animes through the number of views they received per hour. Miles Thomas Atherton of Anime Ltd. revealed the data in an infographic that reveals the surprising details to fans. From the looks of it, Netflix got plenty of views through Record of Ragnarok.

  • Record of Ragnarok – 11 million views per hour
