Hajime Isayama's Attack on Titan franchise is getting ready for a massive comeback as the recently-announced film is heading to theaters to bring The Rumbling to the big screens. Attack on Titan The Movie: THE LAST ATTACK is a compilation film that brings the two anime parts of Attack on Titan Final Season: THE FINAL CHAPTERS together.
Studio MAPPA is producing the animation of the 145-minute theatrical release, which will feature enhanced cuts for the final two episodes of the TV anime series. It's scheduled to release on November 8, 2024 in Japan. Watch the new trailer for Attack on Titan The Movie: THE LAST ATTACK below:
As the latest trailer shows, Attack on Titan The Movie: THE LAST ATTACK will clearly feature the ultimate viewing experience for the show's epic final showdown against the protagonist-turned-antagonist, Eren Yeager and the destructing Rumbling that he's unleashed. While many fans of the franchise already know how this ends, it would be exciting to see this epic finale once again on the big screen. The trailer previews some of the enchance cuts we can expect, giving us a taste of the cinematic experience of The Rumbling.
The film will also feature a brand new theme song performed by Linked Horizon, titled To You 2,000... or... 20,000 Years From Now…, which references the anime's compelling story. The audio is also getting upgrade to 5.1 surround soundscape.

Both parts of Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS are now streaming on Crunchyroll, alongside the rest of the episodes of Isayama's epic franchise. Crunchyroll shared a description of Attack on Titan:
There's a good chance that Attack on Titan The Movie: THE LAST ATTACK film will also be relesaed on Crunchyroll, but at the time of this publication, the streamer hasn't officially confirmed any plans for home release. Given the popularity of the franchise, the movie will likely see limited theatrical release in North America and other regions, but we'll have to wait for further details.
