The fourth and final weekly reveal for Wound & Bandage is the big one. The anime's main trailer and key visual were released through the official website of Wound & Bandage, debuting the main characters' voices and previewing the opening theme for the first time.
In the trailer, Riyo Washizu lights up whenever her caretaker, Go Kiritani, shows a moment of weakness, while Kiritani struggles to keep his composure around her. The footage also shows Ginsuke Hatobane watching Kiritani with a suspicious gaze and introduces the members of the Bandage Alliance, Riyo's online community.

The key visual released alongside it gathers Kiritani, Riyo and Ginsuke on a neon-lit street at night. It carries the tagline "Come, into the world of 'Yowara'."
The announced cast includes:
Ko Bonkobara as Shota Kawaramori, one of Kiritani's subordinates
Kengo Takanashi as Mamoru Fujiyoshida
Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki Sakata in Gintama) as the narrator
Bonkobara described Kawaramori as the quiet, intellectual strategist type, standing in contrast to the impulsive Fujiyoshida, before admitting his character may not understand much either and closing with, "Silence is golden!" Sugita said the series felt "new, yet somehow familiar from long ago," adding, "As narrator, I hope I can support all the yowara out there."
MIYAVI performs the opening theme, "Show Me All Your Pain," which he created with her0ism and Takayuki Sasaki. The announcement describes the song's aggressive guitar and bewitching melody as an invitation into the world of the yowara, and MIYAVI said he built it while empathizing with Kiritani, the young boss who hides his own pain.
Miyuki Ishida directs the anime at J.C.Staff, with Susumu Yamakawa writing the scripts and Natsuki Oyama designing the characters. Kohta Yamamoto and Misaki Umase compose the music.
