Following her poignant debut as young Ahsoka Tano in Episode 5 of the new Disney+ series, Ariana Greenblatt candidly expressed her thoughts about her appearance. The Avengers: Infinity War actor finally broke her silence on social media a few days after her Star Wars debut as the young Padawan who went through the horrors of the Clone Wars.
In Ahsoka Episode 5, Greenblatt offered fans a captivating journey into the former Jedi's past as a Padawan during the Clone Wars. It marked the character's first live-action portrayal alongside her former Master Anakin Skywalker. Not surprisingly, Greenblatt's portrayal resonated with viewers, allowing them to experience this beloved character's formative years in a new and exciting way, a testament to the actress's talent and her impact on the Star Wars saga.
So what does Greenblatt have to say about joining another major franchise? The Love and Monsters actor finally addressed the Star Wars debut in a new post on her official X account.
Greenblatt also took time to respond to comments. When Dork Forces podcast host Kyle Katarn commented on her performance in Ahsoka Episode 5, the young actress humbly responded by crediting the cast and crew of the Star Wars show.
"Thank you so much, it took an incredible village and I was supported by the best in the universe. I'll be able to share more once the unpleasantness is over, until then," she wrote.
It's clear that all the love can be overwhelming and we're certainly giving Greenblatt time to process her newfound fame. In the meantime, we will be rewatching Ahsoka Episode 5 repeatedly until the next episode arrives next week.
Greenblatt has been on a roll this year, appearing in the wildly successful Barbie. Interestingly, she shared the screen with another Star Wars actor Adam Driver in the sci-fi flick 65. She is set to play Tiny Tina in the Borderlands movie.
Ahsoka Episode 6 has not yet been given an official title. Nevertheless, the sixth episode of the Star Wars show is already set to premiere on Disney+ on September 19, 2023.
