The production team of the television anime adaptation of Kogitsune Kanekiru's Re:Monster light novel series has announced on Saturday that the opening theme song for the series will be performed by Korean group 2PM member Chansung and Japanese hiphop artist AK-69 (featuring 2AM's Changmin). The anime's opening theme song is titled Into the Fire, and the staff describes the song as "an energetic song that combines HIPHOP and ROCK."
Studio DEEN will be animating Re:Monster, and GENCO is producing the anime series. The protagonist Gob-Rou will be voiced by Takuya Sato. Kanekiru initially released his isekai fantasy story on the Shōsetsu ni Narō website, and AlphaPolis published the first volume in 2012, and the Volume 9 in 2017. The light novels are illustrated by Yamaada. A manga adaptation by Kobayakawa is being serialized by Alphapolis on its website and on September 22, it released the tenth compiled book volume.

Re:Monster inspired a smartphone game of the same title where players take on the role of a goblin. It was launched on iOS and Android in February 2016. Unfortunately, an exact release date hasn't been announced for the anime yet, but given that the staff already shared a teaser trailer and announced news about Re:Monster's opening theme song, it'll likely be released sometime in 2024.
