Having been in the industry for almost four decades, Ethan Hawke already made a name for himself with a ton of accolades under his belt. Recently, he joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Arthur Harrow in Moon Knight and he continues to prove how much of a great actor he is with his acting prowess. While still waiting whether he would reprise his role, the actor revealed that there's another franchise that he would like to be in and he would do anything to get in, in Star Wars.
Ethan Hawke's Arthur Harrow in Moon Knight delivered a sinister villain to life as the actor brought his acting expertise to a calm yet terrifying antagonist in the narrative of the MCU. After Harrow's defeat from Marc Spector, Hawke's MCU future remains unknown on whether he would be back to reprise the role. The actor, however, reveals that there is another Disney franchise that he is interested to be a part of and that is Star Wars. Speaking on TODAY, Hawke unveils his dream to belong to the galaxy far, far away:
It hasn't worked. Come on, man, I'll be Obi-Wan's best friend. Someday I hope to be on the show promoting it, and we'll show a clip of this moment to say, 'Dreams come true!' I'll do whatever they want. Give me a lightsaber, I'll be a bad guy, I'll be a good guy. I don't care.
Ethan Hawke has played different protagonists and antagonists over the years because, seriously, he can pull off any role given to him. He rocked a cane in Moon Knight, maybe seeing him with a lightsaber could work, too!
Will there be Moon Knight Season 2 with Arthur Harrow in it?
While there is no official word yet from Marvel Studios as regards the announcement of Moon Knight Season 2, a post from Marvel’s X unveils a stunning new art for Moon Knight Season 1 made by artist Seth Groves which sparked some rumors that Marvel Studios could be developing the sequel of Moon Knight. The finale of Moon Knight Season 1 revealed the defeat of Arthur Harrow in the hands of the titular hero who was just from the land of the dead. With this, the return of Ethan Hawke as Arthur Harrow in the MCU remains uncertain. With the MCU facing new possibilities, nothing is ever sure on whether a character would be back.
