It has been an amazing journey, but we've finally come down to the final episode of Loki Season 2. So what can we expect in the highly anticipated conclusion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series? Marvel has dropped a teaser for Loki Season 2 Episode 6 and it promises to answer all of your questions.
The new teaser for Loki Season 2 Episode 6 opens with a question from the God of Mischief: "What could we have done differently?" If you ask fans who have been combing the second season for clues, the answer would be A LOT, and that is something that Loki is learning about. It certainly looks like he has managed to control his time-slipping in order to arrive at a particular point in time where he could make a difference, but there are other things to worry about.
Hunter B-15 is clearly concerned about time, and it's confirmed that Loki must work fast to change only what needs to be altered in order to save the TVA. Interestingly, the teaser also features new footage of Ravonna Renslayer, which may confirm she is one of the important players who can fix the Temporal Loom and prevent a major catastrophe. But most importantly, can Loki save his friends now that he has a second (or third, or fourth) chance?
Is time-slipping the only way to save the TVA?
In the previous episode, Loki began time-slipping again and each time, he managed to find his friends in their past lives. Although time-slipping was a problem in the premiere episode, the God of Mischief now believes it is the only way to save the TVA and the Sacred Timeline. Moreover, Loki realized that in order to "rewrite the story," he shouldn't focus on what, when, or where, but on who.
Interestingly, Loki seemingly chose OB in Episode 5. It's an unexpected choice considering that fans believed he was talking about Sylvie, who was the only one who didn't forget about their current dilemma. So did he make the right choice? How many chances will he get? We'll find out when Loki Season 2 Episode 6 finally premieres tonight.
The final episode of Loki Season 2 has not yet been given an official title. It is currently set to premiere on November 9, 2023.
