Loki Season 2 Episode 3 is expected to feature another jump in time with Loki and Mobius possibly going back to the 1900s and based on the post-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, this setting will be where they would encounter one of the variants of Kang the Conqueror -- Victor Timely. The post-credits scene showed how Loki is scared to death as he introduces to Mobius who Timely is, and as Loki knows him, a variant of He Who Remains. The secrets behind Timely is far more than what meets the eyes.
In the comics, Victor Timely is an industrialist and inventor who founded his own town in Wisconsin named after himself. There, he became the first mayor of the town. What others don't know is that Victor Timely is actually Kang Prime, born in year 3000, in future Earth-6311.
As his name suggests, Victor Timely travelled back in time to 1901 through a time machine. A man with a plan, Timely managed to build his Chronopolis for the reason of supervising his own conquests while being undetected by other timelines.
