The eagerly-anticipated GTA 6 trailer was filled to the brim with hidden details, but there was one that attracted the attention of many fans. It’s a subtle hint toward Rockstar Games’ previous game, Red Dead Redemption 2. It comes on for such a brief moment that if you even so much as blink, you’ll easily miss it in no time.

It was initially spotted by X (formerly Twitter) user @tempestGTA, who highlighted a sticker on the store door that both Jason and Lucia kicked open. On the sticker, there’s a character that looks exactly like the Red Dead character, Everett Morgan. That huge and bushy mustache is quite hard to miss!

Everett Morgan is a minor character as well as a bounty target in Red Dead Redemption Online and doesn’t appear in Red Dead Redemption 2. In Red Dead Online, gamers get to view a poster featuring Morgan, who is wanted either dead or alive for a train robbery and the murder of a conductor, so he definitely has been up to no good.

It didn’t really surprise players when they came across this particular detail since Rockstar Games is quite famous for its Easter eggs and hidden details. We’re quite sure that there are still tons of unresolved mysteries and undiscovered details in its previous games. What we aren’t sure about is if this sticker is a confirmation that both Red Dead and GTA are set in the same timeline.

Can Rockstar use any Red Dead Redemption features in GTA 6?

Rockstar Games hasn’t officially revealed any information regarding the game, so we aren’t quite sure what it’ll exactly feature. However, many theories and speculations suggest that the upcoming much-anticipated game might introduce deeper and more complex emotions, assuming that the Lucia rumor, in which the female protagonist has a child, is true.

In RDR, players see Jack grow up while playing the role of his father John. However, after John’s death, they’re required to play as the son in order to avenge his father’s death. Watching Jack grow as a character through the game’s story and later getting to play him was one of the best and most emotional moments of the game. So, many fans believe that GTA 6 might find itself in a similar position, but for now, let’s just wait.
