Fans can’t already contain their excitement over the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine. As the first Deadpool film that will be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it’s expected to explore the multiverse, making many intrigued by possible character appearances, like Taylor Swift as Dazzler. So, here is the list of stars who will join Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in this MCU movie.

Deadpool & Wolverine is one of the most anticipated movies from Marvel Studios today. If truth be told, there have been rampant theories and rumors as to who may appear in the threequel, just like its previous movies, resulting in wild speculations. Of course, Reynolds and Jackman will lead Deadpool & Wolverine as Wade Wilson and Logan/James Howlett. And after months of speculations, Marvel has finally revealed the other cast members who will join these two lead stars.

1 Emma Corrin as the villain

After playing the role of Princess Diana in The Crown, Corrin will make her debut in the MCU as the rumored villain. Her exact role is yet to be revealed, but there are claims she will play the role of Cassandra Nova, the sister of Charles Xavier/Professor X, after the film’s teaser gives a glimpse of a bald character in one shot.

Despite being siblings, Cassandra is one of Professor's most formidable enemies. She’s the dark counterpart of her brother and has a burning desire for revenge after Charles killed her in the womb after recognizing her evil presence.

2 Morena Baccarin as Vanessa

Baccarin joins Reynolds in Deadpool & Wolverine to reprise her role as Wade’s love interest, Vanessa. Though fans saw his demise in Deadpool 2, the film’s post-credits scene showed her back to life with the help of Cable’s time-traveling device. The film’s preview also confirmed her return after joining Wade’s birthday party following “a challenging few years” before the TVA abducts the latter. It remains to be seen if Baccarin will play a major role in the film.

3 Rob Delaney as Peter

First introduced in Deadpool 2 as a recruited X-Force member, Delaney returns in the third Deadpool movie. Like Vanessa, his character was killed alongside the other superhero team, but he got resurrected in the post-credits scene through time travel.

He, too, is seen joining Wade’s birthday celebration in the teaser. Though his role in the film is unknown, there are theories that Deadpool and Wolverine may meet his Variant in another universe. This time, he may already have his own power.

4 Leslie Uggams as Blind AI

After Reynolds teased Uggams’ return in Deadpool & Wolverine, it’s confirmed that the 80-year-old actress-singer will reprise her role as Blind AI. Also known as Althea, she may once again provide emotional support to Wade, not to mention her endless teasing. So far, there are no words if Uggams will have a major part in the movie, though, unless a different Variant of her shows up, too.

5 Karan Soni as Dopinder

As one of the major parts of the franchise, fans will see Soni’s return as one of Deadpool’s associates. Though it remains to be seen if he will continuously drive Wade and his fellow mutants to the battlefield, as he did in the first two movies, the teaser shows him at the Merc with a Mouth’s celebration. His casting was already revealed in 2023, making his appearance expected.

6 Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox

Aside from Corrin, another MCU newcomer is Macfadyen. The actor joins Deadpool & Wolverine as Paradox, a TVA agent who will travel to Wade’s timeline and abduct him to be a “hero among heroes.” By the looks of it, Paradox is like a TVA analyst, similar to Owen Wilson’s role as Mobius in Loki.

In the teaser, he offers Deadpool to be a part of the MCU by showing him different clips of the franchise’s other superheroes, like Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, and Captain America, among others. By the looks of it, he will play a major role in Wade’s life and the film.

Other Characters Who Will Appear in Deadpool & Wolverine

Marvel has yet to confirm all the stars who will appear in Deadpool & Wolverine, but fans expect to see a slew of characters joining Wade and Logan as they make their way to the MCU. There are reports that Jennifer Garner will reprise her role as Elektra in the threequel, while the preview gives a glimpse of Aaron Stanford’s return as Pyro, which the actor later confirmed.

Stefen Kapicic, Shioli Kutsuna, and Brianna Hildebrand will also appear as three other X-Men heroes, Colossus, Yukio, and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, respectively. In addition, though this is yet to be officially announced, the movie’s set photos teased the coming of Toad and Sabertooth, though the characters’ actors are yet to be revealed. There are rumors that Wilson and Tara Strong may join the film as Mobius and Miss Minutes, along with Patrick Stewart as Professor X, Ian McKellen as Magneto, and Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch.
