What is Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill Season 2 about?

Based on the isekai fantasy light novel series by Ren Eguchi and illustrated by Masa, Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill follows Mukouda, a Japanese salaryman mistakenly summoned to a fantasy realm as a hero. Deemed useless due to his non-combat ability to order modern goods via an online supermarket, Mukouda opts for a quieter life, using his cooking prowess to whip up dishes that win over powerful allies like Fel and Sui.

The first season, which premiered in January 2023 on Crunchyroll, Amazon Prime Video, and Hikari TV, captivated audiences with its blend of slice-of-life comedy, gourmet delights, and low-stakes adventure. Season 2 is expected to adapt third volume of the light novel series, titled Beef Stew × Unexplored Labyrinth, and J-Novel Club provided the following description for Volume 3:

“I don’t want to enter a dungeon! Mukoda was involved in 「Hero Summoning」 from modern Japan to another world. Whil3 travelling leisurely with Fel and Sui, Mukoda’s motley party of monsters was getting more and more powerful as multiple gods and goddesses offered him blessings along with the addition of a newly contracted monster, the Pixie Dragon ‘Dora-chan’ that earned intelligence after eating his cooking. However, even if his party has changed, Mukoda is still timid and is constantly overwhelmed by Fel.”
