The anime adaptation of Yomi Hirasaka's Henjin no Salad Bowl (A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics) light novel series has officially revealed the premiere date for the series: April 4, 2024. The announcement also revealed the comedy isekai anime's main trailer, additional cast details, and opening and ending theme song information. The opening song is titled Gifu ni Teddo (Gifted), which is performed by Wanuka, and the ending theme is Konban no Kenka (Tonight's Battle), which is performed by Meiyo Densetsu.
The additional cast details include Yoji Ueda as the character Isao Kusanagi, Kohsuke Toriumi as Suzuki, Shinnosuke Tachibana as Takeo. The production team also shared character descriptions:
Isao: 54 years old. Director of the largest detective agency in Gifu City. He takes on illegal jobs to make money.
Suzuki: A homeless man of unknown age who lives under a bridge. He is gruff but kind and teaches Livia the basics of homelessness.
Takeo: A thug in Gifu. He often offers Livia shady jobs.
The anime is directed by Masafumi Satou (Muteking The Dancing Hero, Idol Time Pripara), with screenplay by Kenichi Yamashita and Hirasaka. Studio Comet and SynergySP are in charge of the animation.

Henjin no Salad Bowl light novel series by Yomi Hirasaka began publication in October 2021, and Shogakukan’s Gagaga Bunko has published six volumes of the series. The isekai comedy series received a manga adaptation in Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry with illustrations by Kotaro Yamada.
