Marvel Studios has released a new trailer for The Marvels as a preparation for its nearing release on November 10. As it features the past adventures of Carol Danvers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it shows a flashback scene between Captain Marvel and Thor.
After spending her time mostly alone, this time, Captain Marvel will be fighting for the universe with two companions: Ms. Marvel and Monica Rambeau. But this isn’t her first time working with a group. Fans saw her working with Avengers in Avengers: Endgame, and the new The Marvels trailer gave a nod to it.
The preview features a montage of Carol’s scenes. It sees her from a child to growing up to becoming Captain Marvel. It also includes her past footage from Captain Marvel, Endgame, and Ms. Marvel, and the new ones from her upcoming movie. But among the many flashbacks it reveals, it sees the first time she met Chris Hemsworth’s Thor.
“I like this one,” the God of Thunder said. The next scene then shows Ms. Marvel calling her “incredible” before it cuts to her fight with Thanos while being lauded by Groot and Rocket. As Captain Marvel declares the start of a new adventure in The Marvels, Monica says, “Higher,” followed by Ms. Marvel adding, “Further,” and Carol ending it with, “Faster.”
