Nia DaCosta, director of The Marvels, recently revealed that the much-anticipated sequel will be a silly one. Captain Marvel 2 is set to be one of the most epic adventures in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will introduce two major Marvel characters. Iman Vellani will play the role of Ms. Marvel, whereas Teyonah Parris will play the role of Monica Rambeau. Both of these characters have played huge parts in two of their series in the past few years.

Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers, famously known as Captain Marvel, will team up with Photon and Ms. Marvel in this intergalactic excitement. So far, a teaser trailer and an official trailer have been released for The Marvels, giving fans an idea of what they can expect to see in the series.

From what we saw, it seems like the three superheroes have exchanged powers and can’t seem to figure out the cause behind this. In the movie, they grow and evolve as a team learning to work with each other and aid each other. Not only this, but the trailers are also full of plenty of action, laughs, and goofiness. Sounds thrilling, right? You can see the trailer for yourself below:
