The Eminence in Shadow Season 2 is one of the most popular isekai anime shows currently airing right now, and the production team just teased what to expect from the twelfth episode of the new season. The official website of the anime has released a couple of trailers, preview stills, and synopsis for Season 2 Episode 12, which is scheduled to air on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
The anime recently kicked off The Orianna Kingdom arc, the climax of Season 2, three episodes ago, continuing Rose Orianna's conflict against the Cult of Diablos from the Season 1 finale, and the upcoming episode will see Shadow going up against the fourth demon lord, Ragnarok, while Beta and Epsilon are dealing with Mordred.

What is The Eminence in Shadow Season 2 about?
The anime is based on The Eminence in Shadow (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) Japanese light novel series by Daisuke Aizawa. Enterbrain has been publishing the series with Tozai's illustrations since 2018. The light novels and manga were licensed in English by Yen Press, and the anime entered the fourth volume of the series, and you can read its synopsis here:

This supposed marriage cannot and will not stand, though, as it would throw a major wrench in a certain shadowbroker’s plans.
