Three years after Netflix introduced Gus, a naïve half-human, half-deer young boy, to the world, his story is about to come to an end in Sweet Tooth Season 3. The streamer renewed the show for its third and final season following the release of its second installment in April 2023. After just a year, the streaming giant released its teaser trailer featuring the conclusion of Gus’ journey as he finds his mom in Alaska.

You can see the preview below:

The Sweet Tooth Season 3 trailer begins with the journey of Gus, Bear, Wendy, and Jepperd. “Tell me a story,” Jepperd tells Gus. A man is seen lying on the snow while Becky looks at Gus’ wanted poster. A threat then comes with the arrival of Helen Zhang, followed by a scene of her daughter, Rosie, as they seek to restart human birth with the Wolf Boys.

As Gus and his group are now in Alaska, Jepperd runs after an avalanche and sees him unconscious, with the kids trying to wake him up. “In the end, how will I know he’s going to survive?” an emotional Gus asks. But before Gus loses his faith, Jepperd tells him they’re almost at the finish line, and their only option is to “turn inward.” As Jepperd’s life has been put in danger, with the man holding him at gunpoint, he reveals what Gus taught him: “You got nothing to live for until you got something to die for.”

Netflix has also released new stills for Sweet Tooth Season 3. Of course, many focus on Gus, Bear, Wendy, and Jepperd as they begin their journey to Alaska to find the former’s mother, Birdie. They also feature Siana and her hybrid daughter, Nuka, as they seem to see great danger while with Gus. Zhang also appears with the Wolf Boys, while her daughter, Rosie, poses a big threat. The stills will never be complete without Dr. Singh, who joins Gus’ group in Alaska, and Birdie's appearance.
