Rockstar Games is all set to finally provide its first-ever official look at Grand Theft Auto 6 in early December. However, many fans have been wondering for a long time about the actors that’ll be featured in the upcoming much-anticipated title.
Last year, a massive leak took place in which 90 gameplay videos were revealed from an early build of GTA 6. These leaks somewhat confirmed that a female protagonist who goes by the name of Lucia will reportedly be featured in the game along with the information that GTA 6 will once again return to Vice City.
Once this information was leaked, fans started to dig deeper to look for any possible actresses who might be playing the role of Lucia, and many were even convinced that they had found her. As it turns out, they were quite close, but at the same time so very far away. On her Instagram account, Alexandra C. Echavarri Lecároz, who many thought would be playing Lucia in GTA 6 finally spoke up regarding her involvement in GTA:
I can FINALLY share I had the honor of voicing Warehouse Boss, Lupe on GTA ! This was a career goal and I’m so grateful it has been realized. I remember playing the game myself when I was a teen and I have to say: I never thought I’d have the opportunity of being a part of such a cool game or being the voice of a hardcore chick.
Lupe is a character in GTA Online who assists players in managing their warehouses. Although this particular revelation might have helped fans finally know the truth behind the GTA 6 rumors, many continued to speculate that Rockstar Games might have signed her on once again in order to play Lucia.
Unfortunately, she turned down this particular speculation as well in the comments by writing, “It was a true pleasure to work on GTA V. I am NOT in GTA VI.” So, it looks like we’re back at square one and have no idea who might be the voice actress behind Lucia in the upcoming GTA game.
For a long time now, fans have also speculated that Bryan Zampella might be the voice of Jason and has also made content with Grand Theft Auto 5’s Franklin voice actor. However, these are all rumors and speculations and nothing has been officially confirmed yet by Rockstar Games, so none of this should be taken seriously. Hopefully, with the trailer coming in early December, we might not have to wait a long time to know the truth behind GTA 6’s cast.
When exactly might the GTA 6 trailer come out?
While Rockstar Games has notified fans that GTA 6’s reveal trailer will be coming out in early December, they didn’t share the exact date. Many believe that it might get officially announced at The Game Awards 2023, which is set to take place on December 7, with the reveal trailer to come out on December 10.
Moreover, GTAForums user claims that the Italian version of the GTA 6 trailer announcement suggests that it might come out during the first five days of December. They especially stressed that the trailer might arrive between December 3 and December 5 at max. However, since this is just a theory, it shouldn’t be taken seriously, but we won’t have to wait too long to find out.
