The anime adaptation of Daiki Kobayashi's Ragna Crimson has revealed the first trailer for its 2nd cour, which is scheduled to premiere on January 13, 2024. The action dark fantasy anime released a recap episode on December 23, and now, fans will have to wait a few weeks before the second cour begins. Studio Silver Link is animating the series, and the new trailer features the new opening song Kannousei Revelation by saji. Watch the new Ragna Crimson trailer here:
Ken Takahashi is directing Ragna Crimson anime, with Deko Akao in charge of the series composition and script, and Shinpei Aoki on character designs. The male protagonist Ragna is voiced by Chiaki Kobayashi, who's recently known for his roles as Mash from Mashle: Magic and Muscles and Gabimaru from Hell's Paradise; the female protagonist Crimson is voiced by Ayumu Murase.
Additionally, more details have been revealed about the anime's Blu-ray box set in Japan. The box will include a bonus manga from artist Daiki Kobayashi, and it will depict for the first time an important battle between the Winged Bloodline and the Silver Armored Corps. What is Ragna Crimson about?
Ragna Crimson is based on the manga by Daiki Kobayashi, which began serialization in Square Enix’s Monthly Gangan Joker in March 2017. The series is still ongoing and as of today, there are 12 volumes published. The eleventh volume of Ragna Crimson (English) was released on November 21, 2023.
