Feb. 28, 2024 Update: Details for the upcoming cour's opening and ending theme songs were revealed. The opening song is titled On the Front Line, performed by the Japanese rock band Hitorie. Singer-songwriter Yuiko Ohara is also back to perform the anime's ending theme song, What I Want to Protect.
Feb. 3, 2024 Update: It was announced that Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Cour 2 will premiere on April 7, 2024. A new visual was released for the upcoming cour:

On July 7, 2023, four days after the premiere of "Episode 0", titled Guardian Fitz, it was announced that Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Cour 2 is scheduled to premiere in April 2024 and will run until June 2024 during the Spring 2024 anime season. As mentioned, the second cour of Season 2 will premiere on April 7, 2024.
On September 25, 2023, a special illustration was released to commemorate Mushoku Tensei's highly-anticipated return, and it features the newly-reunited couple, Rudy and Sylphie.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Cour 2 is expected to adapt the tenth volume of Magonote's light novel series, which mainly focuses on the Newlyweds Arc.
