Studio Bones has given a good look at its new characters, Rouge Redstar and Naomi Ortman, in a new trailer for its upcoming original anime, Metallic Rogue. But aside from introducing this incredible duo, the preview also unveils the main cast members who voice Roudge and Naomi and its release window.
Produced by Studio Bones for its 25th anniversary, Mettalic Rouge sees the collaboration between the Japanese designer and screenwriter Yutaka Izubuchi and the said animation company 19 years after the 2002 sci-fi anime RahXephon. It is directed by Nobu Horimoto, with character designs by Toshihiro Kawamoto.
The anime’s official website has dropped the official character trailer for Metallic Rouge. Of course, it features Rogue and Naomi doing ordinary things like eating, walking, and traveling. But things start to change after someone has injected something into Rogue’s body that makes her faint, and a lighting pattern begins to emit from her body.
From there, the two can be seen playing and enjoying themselves as they take on this new adventure. The website also reveals that Yume Miyamoto and Tomoyo Kurosawa play the roles of Rogue and Maomi, respectively.
