Ironheart just came back with a bang by offering a look at the main character’s brand-new suit design for the much-anticipated Disney+ show. Ironheart has managed to stay mostly hidden ever since the debut of Dominique Thorne in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The character recently received two amazing suits for her very first appearance in Marvel Studios’ Multiverse Saga.
These suits have set the stage for the character to achieve new things with her upcoming solo series, which is currently under development for Disney+. Found by The Cosmic Circus, an eBay listing revealed some photos of a crew gift for the entire staff working on Marvel Studios’ Ironheart. The gift was a pair of socks, featuring a completely new and unique design for Riri Williams’ last suit from the show.
Including this, the fans have seen a total of four suits from Riri Williams after her Mark I suit and the armor developed by Wakanda which was first seen in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Dominique Thorne was also seen creating another new look in some behind-the-scenes photos from the Disney+ show Ironheart.
What do we know about the Ironheart series so far?
Due to Riri Williams becoming a solo player in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, fans are going to have to wait quite some time for her upcoming solo series. Ironheart won’t be released until possibly 2025 because of a huge round of delays for the Disney+ TV shows and MCU’s movies, as well as a need to internally work again on multiple projects.
Some rumors claim that filming for the show is complete, with Marvel Studios also recently confirming that the Borat actor Sacha Baron Cohen is set to play a mysterious and huge role in the thrilling new Marvel series. However, with shows that will launch before Ironheart, including Agatha: Darkhold Diaries and Daredevil: Born Again undergoing plenty of changes, the Disney+ series might have some reworking to do as well at this time.
Ironheart is rumored to launch in September 2025 on Disney+.
