GTA 6 has become a massive deal in the gaming world, with many players eagerly awaiting its arrival. Since the game was announced, Rockstar Games went underground and chose to remain tight-lipped when it came to the upcoming Grand Theft Auto game. They haven’t revealed anything official regarding the game yet, and every piece of information we have received is through multiple rumors and leaks.
It seems like most of the game has already been leaked since we already know the number of protagonists it’ll feature, the fact that it’s set in Vice City, some details on GTA 6’s upgraded game engine, etc. The latest leak shows an in-game screenshot that features the game’s ridiculously massive open world. Unfortunately, the screenshot has been deleted, which proves that it might have been credible since the developers felt the need to get it removed.
The screenshot gave players a look at a street in Grand Theft Auto 6 and showed the distance it stretches across, which is quite shocking. A Reddit user called HiiGuardian shared the screenshot, claiming, “If you were this far from the tall buildings in GTA V, you would be outside of the metropolitan area easily. While it looks like you’re still in the city here. The city seems huge.”
Out of all the features and mechanics the upcoming GTA 6 game has to offer, its open world will be the most fascinating thing players can expect from the game, especially if the rumors turn out to be true that the game will cover multiple locations in America. Once fans rested their eyes on the in-game screenshot, they were surprised, with many claiming that they couldn’t wait for the game to release.
One GTA fan commented, “Holy shit this game is about to change gaming bro,” with the other one claiming, “F**k yeah, can't wait to drive by thousands of buildings you can't go inside of.” A third fan said, “I am so hyped for this game, the Leaks have only made my hype grow exponentially more. Vice City is my favorite ps2 GTA and I can’t wait to see this game on release.”
According to the latest Take-Two Interactive financial report, GTA 6 will reportedly be released in 2025.
