A small part of what looks like the massive open-world map for GTA 6 has been making rounds on the internet lately, and many fans are surprised. It has been nearly ten years since the last Grand Theft Auto game was released, and now, Grand Theft Auto 6 has become one of the most-anticipated games of the year. Unfortunately, Rockstar Games refuses to reveal some information regarding the game, and last came online only to announce the game last year.
Leakers/insiders have been busy sharing GTA 6’s leaks, with the most recent one giving fans a glimpse of the huge open-world map. From what we can see, it looks like the map is going to be full of things players can see and do. This leaked map also provides us with the best idea of the entire scope of the game as well as its ambition.
The now-deleted leak was shared by a Reddit user and it looks like it was taken from the leaks that were going around last year. However, the Reddit legal team instantly got to work and decided to remove the original post, which is a surefire sign that the leak was actually authentic. In the now-deleted pictures, an unknown character could be seen standing in a factory yard of some kind, followed by a section of the map of Grand Theft Auto 6.
Once the leak was out, players started to look closely to get some more hints regarding the upcoming game. According to the fans, the GTA 6 map showed some type of area that was based on the Sebring Raceway along with factories, countryside, housing, and roads. If this was just a small part of the whole thing, then how huge must the entire map be?
Fans decided to weigh in their own thoughts on the leak, with one fan saying, “I would actually love to have a racetrack in gta.” Another fan stated, “Thats awesome that it looks like Google maps satellite view!” with a third one commenting, “Racetrack….oooo mama. I hope dirtbikes have the same wheelie ability as the manchez scout.”
Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently still in development but we aren’t sure when the game will officially release. However, a recent leak did suggest that the announcement for the open-world game might come soon. Let's just hope Rockstar reveals something soon!
