GTA 6 has become one of the most anticipated games of all time, with many players hoping that it gets released soon. Unfortunately, Rockstar Games continues to keep the upcoming title under wraps without revealing any information regarding it, leaving fans wishing for some sort of an update. In the meantime, leakers and insiders have been busy trying to leak all sorts of details about Grand Theft Auto 6, exciting the fanbase even more.
A leaker known as GTA 6 News revealed a leak on their X account, claiming that the game might have a massive install size of 750 GB. This is because of the fact that the reported 400 hours of content will also be featured in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto title. This content will consist of several cities players can explore, making it one of the most expansive games to ever be developed by Rockstar Games.
If these leaks do end up coming true, then it might disturb Grand Theft Auto players. Currently, most of the console models don’t have a storage capacity of more than 1 TB, which means that installing GTA 6 would likely require deleting the other games they already have in order to create some space. Moreover, PC players might also have to invest in extra storage to install Grand Theft Auto 6, especially considering the fact that the game will reportedly cost $150.
GTA 6 Potential Release Window
When it comes to the official release window of GTA 6, many insiders and leakers claim that it might happen during Take-Two Interactive’s fiscal year 25, i.e., sometime between April 2024 to March 2025.
Not only that, but the CEO of the company Strauss Zelnick himself teased that particular timeline during a recent earnings call. Many leaks also suggest that the game might feature two main protagonists, one of them being a girl called Lucia, and the other guy called Jason. Not much is known regarding the game’s storyline, so let's just sit back and wait for Rockstar to reveal some information!
