Goblin Slayer Season 2 is now preparing for its upcoming premiere, continuing silver-ranked Adventurer’s oath to eradicate all the evil elves in the world. To excite fans of the series’ big return, the anime has unveiled a new preview to give fans a good look at the goblin hunter himself and his allies. And to hype the series more, its official release date has been revealed.
Based on the Japanese dark fantasy light novel series written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by Noboro Kannatsuki, White Fox adapted the anime’s first season, which aired from October to December 2018. It was followed by an anime film, Goblin Slayer: Goblin’s Crown, in 2020. And after a couple of years of waiting, fans will finally see Goblin Slayer Season 2.
The anime’s official website has dropped the new preview still for the upcoming Goblin Slayer Season 2, and it’s every inch exciting. Of course, the key art features the series’ protagonists, with Goblin Slayer in the lead. It also sees a grinning High Elf Archer, a smiling Priestess, a happy and winking Dwarf Shaman, and a calm Lizard Priest. And by the looks of it, they’re ready to go on another adventure this new season.

What is Goblin Slayer Season 2 about?
Goblin Slayer Season 2 will continue seeing Goblin Slayer killing all the goblins he sees. Sure, he has no plans to save the world, but he will be with his party to go on another set of adventures in this dark fantasy world. Though he likes to have a goblin-free life, Priestess wants to be with him to continuously support him and his cause after helping her during her troubled first party.

When will Goblin Slayer Season 2 be released?
The anime has also announced that Goblin Slayer Season 2 will be released on October 6 on Tokyo MX, BS11, and AT-X. It will also be streamed on ABEMA in Japan and Crunchyroll internationally.
