Netflix picked up Elite Season 8 extremely early. The American streaming giant confirmed the renewal on July 19, 2023, months before Season 7 will premiere, and the grand unveiling included some great news: Mina el Hammani will reprise her role as Nadia in the forthcoming eighth installment.

For starters, Nadia was a key character in the first three installments, but she eventually vanished, as did practically every other original Elite star. She was part of the major cast exodus at the end of Season 3, traveling to New York City with Lucrecia on a scholarship to Columbia University. Nadia made brief appearances in Season 4 to wrap up her romance with her ex Guzmán, which ended abruptly owing to the strains of long distance.

It's unclear which characters will survive Season 7 to resurface in the imminent installment, However, speculations are rife that Nadia may not be the only original Las Encinas student returning in Elite Season 8.

Elite is a popular Netflix teen show, so it's hardly surprising that it has been renewed for another season. Many people appreciate the series because it explores diverse concepts and themes. Then, the secrets and plot twists leave fans wanting more. Indeed, many people compare Elite to other shows like Gossip Girl, Riverdale, and How to Get Away with Murder. As fans await more details, here is everything we know so far about the upcoming Elite Season 8.

By the time Season 6 rolled around, there was no one remained on the cast who had appeared in Season 1. However, it appears that this is changing. Omar Ayuso was confirmed to return as Nadia's brother Omar in Season 7, so he may return in Elite Season 8 to reunite with his sister.

The fate of a few more major characters remains uncertain. The Season 6 conclusion appeared to hint that Ari, played by Carla Diaz, Patrick, portrayed by Manu Rios and Mencia, played by Martina Cariddi, would be leaving Madrid for good to cover up their role in Ivan's, portrayed by André Lamoglia, hit-and-run.

Elite Season 8 will reportedly also feature two new faces: Killer Book Club star Ane Rot and UPA Next star Nuno Gallego. However, specific details about their roles have not yet been revealed as of this writing. Meanwhile, the most thrilling aspect for fans is the return of fan-favorite Mina el Hammani in the character of Nadia. Season 8 promises an interesting storyline and an intriguing show conclusion.

Elite Season 8 will be directed by Daniel Barone, Ginesta Guindal, Jota Linares, and Elena Trapé, all of whom are well-known personalities in the Spanish film business. So, audiences may expect some much-needed diversity and new concepts in the future.

Unfortunately, Netflix has not yet revealed official details about the plot of Elite Season 8. However, most, if not all, fans are aware that every installment of the Spanish teen drama involves a mystery and a series of investigations and suspense that must be solved, and fans discover the guilty by the end of each season.

Furthermore, the cast has undergone significant changes over the seasons as original cast members have left the show and been replaced by new faces.
